  • Where are you located? Do you travel?
    We are based out in Philly, and are available anywhere you need us!
  • Is it possible to add photos coverage to my wedding?
    Yes, we do! We have team that specifically focus photography and we will love to speak more about with you should you have any more questions or concerns.
  • Do you reschedule if we miss our appointment?
    Although not recommended, we will accommodate you in rescheduling for a better time. That being said, the dates we have available may or may not be favorable to you.
  • What is your take on posing/directing?
    No worries here, we got you! We understand not everyone agrees with the camera immediately and that's why we will be there to help make you more comfortable and draws that authentic awesomeness from you. We will help pose and direct you in a way you're most comfortable.
  • What’s your turnaround / delivery window?
    For weddings the turnaround is usually about 4-6 weeks. Portrait and engagement turnaround is usually within 2-3 weeks. Turnaround on films and other work varies based on the project. Highlights/Teaser are usually delivered within a week or couple days from the date of the event.
  • How many images will I receive?
    It varies across the board with each shoots we do as they're not all the same. However, you can expect no less than 50 images with the exception of Headshots or shoots that requires 10 or less images.
  • How long will my gallery be available online?
    I would strongly urge you to download and back up your images once you’ve received the gallery – but if something happens, good news…I leave your gallery online forever! That means if you misplace your saved files or something happens to the images, chances are I’ve got you covered.
  • Do you ever deliver RAW files?
    Ahh the tough question every clients wants to know. Well, here we are. We never release unedited/RAW images or video clips to our clients. That is to specially protect both our personal style as well as the photo/video industry as a whole. However, if it's imperative that you must have it, there will be minor adjustment and a fee before delivery.
  • What’s your thoughts on second shooters?
    We are a team of talented individuals and are happy to serve where our abilities can be useful. Yes, that means bringing a second shooter from our end. If you’d like to discuss this further, we can talk about this during our consultation or shoot us an email!
  • How early should I reach out about booking you?
    We recommend couple months in advance. Latest will be at least 2 weeks prior, but please get in touch as soon as you can to reserve a date and make sure we’ll be available.
